What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and mobile number.
- Children's profiles that parents create: first name, photo (optional) and card ID.
- Activity: purchases, gifts, transfers and merchant transactions.
Card payments
Card payments are processed by Thawani. We send Thawani your name, mobile number and email with each payment so it can issue a receipt. We never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
To run your wallet, deliver points, show history to parents, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Thawani (payments), our hosting provider (Supabase) and, for purchases, the merchant's business name is shown to you. Merchants do not receive parents' contact details.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your data by emailing support@zawadi.app. You can delete your account at any time in the app, or by email: see Delete your account.
Retention
When an account is deleted we remove the profile, children's profiles and photos, and wallet. Payment and settlement records are kept, without the person's name, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
