Zawadi sells digital point bundles only. Nothing is shipped.

How your purchase is delivered

• Points are added to the wallet of the account that made the purchase, in the Zawadi app.
• Delivery is immediate once Thawani confirms the card payment — normally within a few seconds.
• You will see the new balance on your wallet screen. Thawani also sends a payment receipt.

If points don't arrive

If your card was charged but the points are not in your wallet within 30 minutes, contact us at support@zawadi.app or +968 7730 0073 with the date, amount and the email on your account. We will credit the points or refund the payment.

Service area

Zawadi is offered to customers in the Sultanate of Oman. Prices are charged in Omani Rial (OMR).
